Purchase and Sales Executive

Job Overview

The Purchase & Sales Executive plays a vital role in managing both procurement and client relationships to ensure smooth business operations. This position involves sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive contracts, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials for production. On the sales side, the executive oversees key client accounts, drives customer satisfaction, and supports the sales team with accurate reporting and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to balance procurement efficiency with client engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of raw materials for production
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials when necessary
• Ensure timely delivery of materials within the agreed budget
• Process purchase orders and handle vendor queries.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts, Act as the point of contact for clients
• Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
• Supervise sales account, representatives
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
• Sales Reporting: Updating CRM databases with accurate records and preparing sales performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree\ Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• 2+ years of experience in procurement
• Certification in supply chain management a plus

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP, Excel or Software
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
